Faulty or damaged products If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at framedcosmeticsau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. You'll receive a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Change of mind Because Framed is a cosmetic product, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchasing.
Proof of purchase All claims require proof of purchase. Please keep your order confirmation email handy.
Your consumer rights Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
